Booking Information
- Please contact us to make an enquiry or, alternatively, telephone us on 01323 438828 for further information or to book a course. After arranging a convenient date and time for the training, confirmation in writing will be sent to you, together with a booking form which should be completed, signed and returned to us. Training can be booked in advance or at short notice, dependent upon the availability of our trainers.
- Training sessions can be booked to take place weekdays, usually between 9am and 6pm. It may be possible to arrange an evening session, if more convenient, at a supplement of 20% on the above prices.
Payment Terms
- For in-house training sessions you will be invoiced following the course. Payment must be received within 14 days of invoice date. If you cancel a course, a minimum of seven days' notice is required. For cancellations made within seven days of the course date, payment in full will be required.
